The mighty dragon roared up'n seeing me.
His humid breath sent shivers down my spine.
There I was to set his majesty free,
So with his belov'd fam'ly he could dine.
Fighting the dragon challenged my abil'ty
To skillfully attack and dodge together.
Fore'er worrying about my agil'ty,
I strove to be as light as a feather.
Eternally haunted by the dragon,
A symbol of superiority, hoping
To win and be carried in the wagon
Of heroes. Tom'row we feast; no moping.
But in time the glory will come to an end.
Slaying a dragon has brought me no friend.
